Privacy policy
What I collect
When you request a consultation I collect the details you enter — name, company, email, phone and any information about your company you choose to share — plus the page you submitted from and basic campaign information (such as UTM tags) so I know how you found the site.
The chat assistant
The “Message Devon” chat is an AI assistant. Your messages are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. If you share your name, email or other contact details in the chat, they are saved with the conversation so I can follow up. Please don’t share sensitive personal or financial information in the chat.
How I use it
Only to respond to your request, prepare for and follow up on our conversation, and keep a record of our work together. I don’t sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel, form submissions and chat leads are stored in a Neon Postgres database, chat replies are generated by OpenAI, and email may be delivered through Microsoft 365 or Resend. Anonymous, aggregated visit statistics are collected with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
Retention
I keep inquiry records for as long as they’re useful to our working relationship. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
To access, correct or delete the information you’ve submitted, contact me through the contact page and I’ll take care of it.
